Philweb Corp. And ISM Communications Corporation’s Host Union International Ltd. To Buy 65% Of Acentic GmbH For EUR19.5 Million – DJ

Dow Jones reported that Host Union International Ltd., a Hong Kong-based company jointly owned by Philweb Corp. and ISM Communications Corporation will acquire a 65% stake in Acentic GmbH. Host Union will buy the stake in Acentic from private equity firm Global Innovation Partners for EUR19.5 million. The deal is scheduled to close on January 11 next year.
